Bug reports
If a tool returned a wrong result or broke on a particular input, send the input you used. That is usually all that is needed to reproduce it.
Tool requests
Suggestions for new tools are welcome. Requests that describe the actual task you were trying to finish are far more useful than a tool name alone — the task tells us what the output should look like.
Privacy questions
Questions about how your data is handled are answered on the privacy policy page. If something there is unclear, ask and we will clarify it.
Business and legal
Partnership, licensing and takedown requests can be sent through the same form or the address below.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover files or text that you processed here and did not save. Because everything runs in your browser, nothing is retained on our side — which is the point, but it also means there is no copy to retrieve.
We also cannot give professional advice on the results of the calculators. Financial, medical and legal decisions should not rest on a utility page.
